OFCCP Revises Regulations on Disability Employment and Nondiscrimination Obligations

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is updating its rules to ensure government contractors and subcontractors with disabilities are employed and advanced in the workplace, aligning with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and recent amendments to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
