The Employment and Training Administration is publishing the estimated final allocation for Program Year (PY) 1996 (July 1, 1996- June 30, 1997) for the Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers program (MSFW) authorized under Section 402 of the Job Training Partnership Act.
