Commodity Futures Trading Commission Modifies Privacy Act Systems of Records

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is modifying four Privacy Act systems of records to permit the disclosure of records to the Department of the Treasury and to allow for the disclosure of records in response to a breach of personally identifiable information, in compliance with federal regulations.
