DOL Removes Obsolete ERISA Regulations

The US Department of Labor has removed certain interpretive bulletins and regulations under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) from the Code of Federal Regulations, citing that they are no longer needed due to expired election periods or subsequent court decisions.
