Investigations into Certifications for NAFTA Transitional Adjustment Assistance

The U.S. government is conducting investigations into the certifications of eligibility for workers to apply for transitional adjustment assistance under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). This process is part of the implementation of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
