NRC and OSHA Enter Memorandum of Understanding for Gaseous Diffusion Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to regulate occupational safety and health hazards at gaseous diffusion plants operated by the U.S. Enrichment Corporation (USEC), in compliance with the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
