Service Corporation International to Settle Allegations with Proposed Consent Agreement

Service Corporation International (SCI) has agreed to settle allegations of unfair business practices by proposing a consent agreement with the Federal Commission, which would allow SCI to acquire Gibraltar Mausoleum Corporation while divesting certain assets and notifying the Commission before future acquisitions in the same markets.
