Azrak-Hamway International, Inc. Reaches Settlement Over Alleged Deceptive Advertising Practices

Azrak-Hamway International, Inc. has agreed to a consent agreement with the FTC, which would prohibit the company from using deceptive demonstrations and misrepresentations in future advertising campaigns, following allegations of unfair acts and practices in the marketing of its Steel Tec toy vehicles.
