Randolf D. Albertson d/b/a Wolverine Capital Reaches Settlement Agreement Over Alleged Misrepresentation of Cash Grant Assistance Programs

Randolf D. Albertson, doing business as Wolverine Capital, has agreed to a consent settlement with the Commission, which would prohibit the company from falsely advertising the number of approved grant recipients and services provided in obtaining grants, loans, or other financial products, following allegations stemming from internet advertisements claiming a fee-based matching service with private foundations.
