The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection request for Form 5310-A, a document used to report on plan mergers, consolidations, spinoffs, or transfers of plan assets or liabilities, as part of its ongoing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
