Lockheed Martin to Settle Antitrust Allegations with $9.1 Billion Acquisition of Loral Corporation

Lockheed Martin has agreed to divest its systems engineering and technical services contract with the Federal Aviation Administration and restrict its ownership of Loral Space as part of a proposed consent agreement to settle allegations of violating antitrust laws in connection with its proposed $9.1 billion acquisition of Loral Corporation.
