Litton Industries, Inc.; Prohibited Trade Practices, and Affirmative Corrective Actions

In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent order requires, among other things, the California-based corporation to divest, within ninety days, PRC, Inc.'s $40 million systems engineering and technical assistance contract for the Navy's Aegis destroyer program. If the divestiture is not completed as required, the Commission may appoint a trustee to finalize the divestiture.
