In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent order requires Illinois Tool Works, among other things, to divest all of Hobart Brothers' assets and businesses relating to industrial power sources and industrial engine drives to Prestolite Electric Inc. or another Commission-approved acquirer.
