CFTC Proposes Rule to Allow Joint Clearing of Futures Customer Funds

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing a rule that would permit joint clearing members of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation to hold futures customer funds in a commingled account, subject to certain conditions and oversight.
