Internal Revenue Service Requests Comments on Form 4136

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public input on Form 4136, Credit for Federal Tax Paid on Fuels, as part of its efforts to minimize paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
