SEC Grants Temporary Approval for Automated Securities Transfer Program

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted temporary approval to The Philadelphia Depository Trust Company for a proposed rule change extending the pilot program for the Fully Automated Securities Transfer Reconciliation Accounting Control System (FAST).
