Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. Seeks to Extend OTC/UTP Pilot Program

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to extend its Over-the-Counter/Unlisted Trading Privileges (OTC/UTP) pilot program, which has been accelerated for approval by the SEC.
