SEC Approves American Stock Exchange's Plan to Discontinue Emerging Company Marketplace

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval for the American Stock Exchange, Inc. to discontinue its Emerging Company Marketplace, a platform designed for smaller publicly traded companies.
