OSHA Clarifies Employee Representative Designation Process

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has amended its Representatives of Employers and Employees regulation to allow employees to choose a third-party representative to accompany OSHA inspectors during workplace inspections, providing better representation for employees and improving the effectiveness of workplace inspections.
