SEC Extends Comment Period for Request for Information on Reporting and Disclosure Requirements

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the comment period for its Request for Information on the Effectiveness of Reporting and Disclosure Requirements, originally set to close on April 22, 2024, to May 22, 2024, following the publication of the document in the Federal Register on January 23, 2024.
