Rail General Exemption Authority Extends Public Comment Period for Non-Ferrous Recyclables and Railroad Rates

The Rail General Exemption Authority has extended the public comment period for a proposal to exempt partially from regulation the rail transportation of certain non-ferrous recyclables until October 24, 1994, due to coordination with the Association of American Railroads and the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc.
