The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is publishing this Notice of a Competitive Discretionary Grant Program and announcing the availability of the OJJDP application kit under section 404(b)(2)(D) of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Act of 1974, as amended (the Act), 42 U.S.C. 5773(b)(2)(D). An OJJDP Application Kit containing a copy of the Guidelines, application form (Standard Form 424), standard and special conditions, the OJJDP Peer Review Guidelines, OJJDP Competition and Peer Review Procedures, and other supplemental information relevant to the application process can be obtained by calling the Juvenile Justice Clearinghouse, toll-free, 24 hours a day, (800) 638-8736.
