US Department of Labor Announces PY 2024 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Wagner-Peyser Act Allotments

The US Department of Labor has announced allotments for PY 2024 for WIOA Title I Youth, Adult, and Dislocated Worker Activities programs, as well as Employment Service (ES) activities under the Wagner-Peyser Act and Workforce Information Grants to States for PY 2024. The allotments are based on formulas defined in their respective statutes, with some exceptions for Outlying Areas, including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the US Virgin Islands, due to a waiver from the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024.
