Inquiry on Universal Service and Open Access Issues; Notice DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE

NTIA is conducting a comprehensive review of universal service and open access issues in communications. NTIA requests public comment relevant to such a review. After analyzing the comments, NTIA may issue a report, a series of short analyses, and/or make recommendations to the Administration's Information Infrastructure Task Force, the Federal Communications Commission, and to Congress.
