Privacy Act of 1974; Alteration of a Record System

The Defense Logistics Agency proposes to alter an existing system of records notice subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The Defense Logistics Agency proposes to add an additional routine use for the system as follows: To the Department of Health and Human Services for the purpose of conducting studies concerned with the health and well being of the active duty and veteran population.
