Electronic Transmission of Required Data for Certification and Recertification and Subsidy Billing Procedures for Multifamily Subsidized Projects: Notice of Correction

On August 24, 1994, the Department published a final rule that added provisions to regulations that require electronic transmission to HUD of certain tenant data by owners of certain subsidized multifamily projects and by the public agencies that administer the assistance contracts for HUD. The purpose of this document is to correct the listing of one telephone number in the preamble of that rule.
