Wisconsin Central Ltd. Seeks Exemption to Sell Rail Line to Soo Line Railroad Company

The Soo Line Railroad Company is seeking a purchase exemption to sell its rail line between Superior and Ladysmith, WI, and the Commission is considering a request by the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees to interpret labor conditions regarding Temporary Protected Assignments (TPAs) for affected employees.
