Delegation of Authority to the Acting Deputy Secretary

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development is delegating authority to Acting Deputy Secretary Dwight P. Robinson, except for the power to sue and be sued. The Acting Deputy Secretary will exercise all powers and authority vested in the Secretary, in the absence of the Secretary.
