Proposed Exemption From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions Involving Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) is seeking an exemption from certain ERISA and IRS rules to reinsure risks and receive premiums from its captive insurance subsidiary, MSK Insurance US, Inc., for a group insurance contract providing pension annuities to plan participants and beneficiaries. The exemption would be granted if the conditions in Section III are met in accordance with the definitions in Section I.
