Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Portable Fire Extinguishers Standard to OMB for Review and Approval

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for the annual maintenance certification record of the Portable Fire Extinguishers Standard, which is being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
