Extension of the Exercise of Certain Authorities Under the Trading With the Enemy Act

The US government has extended the authority to restrict transactions with certain foreign entities under the Trading With the Enemy Act (TWEA) for an additional year, amid ongoing national security concerns. The extension is set to take effect on January 1, 2024.
