Army Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Fort Devens Property Disposal and Reuse

The US Army has released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the disposal and potential reuse of excess property at Fort Devens in Massachusetts, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and the President's Council on Environmental Quality.
