Revision to Accounting and Reporting Requirements for Motor Carriers of Property

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has revised its accounting and reporting requirements for motor carriers of property, correcting a rule published on February 3, 1994. The revised rule eliminates the Uniform System of Accounts for common and contract motor carriers of property.
