U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to Prepare Draft Supplement to Columbia River Environmental Impact Statement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to prepare a draft supplement to the 1975 Columbia River Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental impacts of current dredging practices and potential management alternatives for the Columbia and Lower Willamette Rivers.
