The Commission on Roles and Missions of the Armed Forces will hold a closed meeting on October 11 and 12, 1994, to review the national security strategy and discuss long-range national security planning, as part of a year-long review aimed at improving military effectiveness and eliminating unnecessary duplication among the armed services.
