South Central Florida Express, Inc. Secures Acquisition and Operation Exemption for Brandywine Valley Railroad Company

South Central Florida Express, Inc. has obtained an exemption to acquire and operate certain lines of the Brandywine Valley Railroad Company, allowing the company to expand its rail network in the region.
