Federal Agency Announces Plans to Deepen Wilmington Harbor

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced its intention to prepare a draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for a proposed project to deepen the Cape Fear River in North Carolina, with the goal of improving navigation and reducing vessel delays.
