Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Terrorist Countries

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to require offerors and contractors to report commercial transactions they have conducted with the government of a terrorist country.
