US Department of Defense Issues Final Rule to Prohibit Foreign-Controlled Contractors from National Security Contracts

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a statutory prohibition against awarding DoD contracts under national security programs to entities controlled by foreign governments.
