U.S. Government Approves Miramar Landfill Development Plan and Projects

The U.S. government has made a decision to approve the Miramar Landfill General Development Plan and Phase I projects, including the replacement of Fiesta Island with a Northern Sludge Processing Facility and the disposal of overburden at the West Miramar Landfill, at Naval Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California.
