NASA Proposes Revision to Contracting Policies to Support Small Business and Minority-Owned Entities

NASA aims to increase funding for small businesses and minority-owned organizations, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities, to achieve its goal of allocating at least 8% of prime contract and subcontract funding to these entities, as mandated by law.
