Transportation Ministry Issues Regulation on Public Security and Passenger Indemnification

The Transportation Ministry has issued a new regulation requiring airlines to provide security measures to protect the public, as well as indemnify passengers in case of non-performance of transportation services. The regulation also outlines the process for issuing certificates of performance.
