Revisions to Mailpiece Standards and Addressing Guidelines

The United States Postal Service published a proposal to update its standards for mailpiece dimensions, addressing, and address placement in the Federal Register on June 17, 1994, and extended the public comment period multiple times due to customer requests for additional time.
