EPA Proposes Rule to Update Extremely Hazardous Substance List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the list of 'extremely hazardous substances' under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, in response to citizen petitions, and is also denying petitions to remove certain substances from the list.
