Revisions to the Sentencing Guidelines for the United States Courts

The Sentencing Commission has made changes to the federal sentencing guidelines, including a new guideline and amendments to existing commentary, to assist federal courts in applying a specific statutory provision and to address potential retroactivity of amended guideline ranges.
