U.S. Customs and Border Protection Cancels Tariffs Imposed on Imports from China Due to Failure to Comply with Automated Tariff Filing System

The U.S. government has cancelled tariffs imposed on Chinese imports due to China's failure to comply with the Automated Tariff Filing and Information System (ATFI) filing requirements, as mandated by the U.S. Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.
