U.S. Department of Labor Requests Federal Contractors to Object to Disclosure of EEO-1 Report Data

The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has received two FOIA requests for 2021 Type 2 Consolidated Employer Information Reports filed by federal contractors, including the University of Utah and a non-profit organization called As You Sow. OFCCP is asking federal contractors who filed EEO-1 reports for the 2021 year to submit objections to the disclosure of this information within 40 days of the notice date.
