Financial Assistance Rules; Implementation of OMB Circular A-110; Interim Final Rule DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY

The Department of Energy (DOE) today is amending its Financial Assistance Rules (Rules) to implement Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-110, ``Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements With Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations,'' to reorganize the subparts of the Rules, to update citations throughout the Rules, and to change citations to conform to the reorganization.
