SBA Proposes Rule to Implement National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020
The U.S. Small Business Administration is proposing a rule to allow prime contractors to apply credit for lower-tier subcontracting to small businesses, in line with provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
