Rail General Exemption Authority Grants Extension for Non-Ferrous Recyclables Comments

The Rail General Exemption Authority has granted an extension to the Association of American Railroads and the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. to submit comments on a proposal to exempt partially from regulation the rail transportation of certain non-ferrous recyclables, originally due on November 7, 1994.
